    Hi, Thanks for such an insightful and honest video. I’m a chronic exerciser, too, and am spending tons of time working on the double kick. Have you changed/modified your double bass technique to lessen the knee strain? I was told early on that heels up can cause problems but I still do it a fair bit. I haven’t had any problems YET, wondering how you have resolved it. Thanks…
